Makhana Paag: Makhana Paag is a well -known dish made on the eve of Janmashtami and made from lotus seeds, milk, ghee, and powdered sugar for its preparation.
Sabudana Khichdi: Sabudana Khichdi is considered a light dish made of soaked sabudana, green chili, peanuts, sendha namak, tomato, and ghee. Regarded as a healthy snack, Sabudana Khichdi is packed with carbohydrates that provide instant energy while fast.
